A cycling coach provides expert guidance and personalised training plans to help you optimise your performance, improve your technique, and achieve your cycling goals more efficiently. With their accountability and motivation, a coach will support you throughout your journey, helping you unlock your full potential and experience greater enjoyment in your cycling endeavors.
What sets me apart is my unwavering dedication to my athletes’ success. I prioritise focusing on their strengths and weaknesses, providing step-by-step guidance to help them achieve their goals. I take a holistic approach that includes mental and nutritional guidance, ensuring that my clients are well-prepared both physically and mentally.
TRAINING PLANS
My coaching philosophy is straightforward: to help more athletes find joy in their riding experience, while also being fit and achieving their personal bests. I firmly believe that there is nothing more rewarding than riding your bike with ease and confidence.
SILVER
Silver coaching provides the competitive club or junior athlete with a personalised training program that is tailored to their specific training status, time constraints and goals.
GOLD
Gold coaching builds on the effectiveness of Silver package coaching by incorporating bi-weekly monitoring of subjective feelings of fatigue and recovery, in the form of questionnaires delivered to the athlete every second week.
PLATINUM
Platinum coaching is a continuation of the current ‘fully interactive performance management plan’. Training is prescribed as in the Gold package but with the following additional features.

My coaching accomplishments speak volumes. I have helped numerous athletes achieve their goals while enjoying their cycling journey. One notable achievement includes taking a beginner cyclist from a novice to a top 3 finish in the prestigious Ride Joburg within a mere two years.
